QUESTION
I have some iti cobalt blue mugs I am trying to replace. They chip too easily exposing a white interior. I also own some Ventura off white mugs that have not chipped in over 2 years of heavy use. Is the Diversified Ceramics of the same quality as the Ventura I already own? I don't want poor quality that I will need to send back.

ANSWER
Hi. I don't know of any comparisons between the ITI, Vertex China, and Diversified Ceramics cobalt mugs in terms of chipping, but Diversified is fairly popular from what I've seen. You can order a sample from them directly if you'd like to try it out: samples@diversifiedceramics.com
