Max temp? How far does the kettle tilt? A full 90 degrees?

QUESTION
So are both kettles 200 gallons? Or is it two 100 gallon kettles totaling 200 capacity? How far does it tilt? 90 degrees? Will it tilt far enough for all the liquid and solids to pour out into a basket press? Os this the largest double kettle they make? Dual 250 -300 gallon? Thank you

ANSWER
Hello, This kettle / mixer has (2) 100 gallon kettles. As for the tilting degrees - here is what it says on their operating manual which will be downloaded to our site. Kettle tilts smoothly both down and back up. If power tilt, check that micro switches are adjusted properly (KETTLE IS LEVEL IN UPRIGHT POSITION AND DRAINS FULLY WHEN TILTED) and are not being crushed by gear. Thanks!
