This black front loading Cam GoBox™ from Cambro® is perfect for caterers that would like an ultra-lightweight transporter that offers excellent temperature retention and exceptional durability. This Cam GoBox™ ensures that food stays at safe temperatures below 39.2°F or above 149°F for many hours during holding and transport. The built-in handles along the top of this front loader unit allows it to be easily carried from all four sides.

QUESTION
How long does this product keeps the food hot.

ANSWER
Hello, for hot holding, if the food starts at a temperature of 188.6 degrees Fahrenheit, within 4 hours it will be at 178 degrees Fahrenheit. For cold holding, if the starting temperature is 33.9 degrees Fahrenheit, within 4 hours it will be at 35.8 degrees Fahrenheit. Best results will be achieved (for hot holding) by loading food pans between 180 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Loading metal food pans over 250 degrees Fahrenheit will result in damage to the carrier.
