The Ergonomically designed solid doors with easy grip handles and self closing/120° stay open door feature, working together for customer service while ABS door liner provides thermal efficiency. This unit allows unrestricted placement of the unit making it perfect for setting up the most effective and efficient busy kitchen. The removable insulated lids keep food fresh and cold by reducing condensation. This prep table also includes reversible and easy cleaning cutting boards. The full length removable white polyethylene cutting board provides a comfortable 10" operation space. The stainless steel tray/shelf separates the bottom of food pans from the inside of the cabinet so food does not fall inside the cabinet, making it easier to keep clean.
