This Alto-Shaam® Holding Cabinet features two individually controlled holding compartments that use Halo Heat® technology to keep foods warm. Each compartment has one simple set of easy to use controls.

Double compartment hot food holding cabinet
Universal rack design accommodates standard full-size pans or full-size sheet pans
Can be converted with side racks to accommodate shelves for full-size or sheet pans
Stainless steel interior resists corrosion
Casters provide easy mobility
Antimicrobial handle retards the growth of illness-causing pathogens
Digital control senses temperature drops faster, providing quick heat recovery time
Door venting holds crispy food better
Magnetic door latch
Each compartment has an On / Off power switch; Up and Down arrow buttons, indicator light, and digital display
Temperature range of 60°F to 200°F
Each compartment has two universal side rails and four sets of chrome plated pan slides that accommodate standard full-size pans
Pan supports are adjustable in sixteen positions on 1.75" centers
One set of 5" heavy-duty casters - 2 rigid and 2 swivel with brake
