Question:

Does the cart have locking wheels? Does the cart come with a shelf? If not, how much would a shelf cost?

Answer:

This cart comes with swivel casters, 2 locking brakes. The shelfs are sold separately, which are 24 x 48. Please contact customer service at 1-866-634-8927 for assistance with the price. Thank you.
