I can't imagine a day without this server! We use it every day for a.m. coffee, we use it when we dine out on the patio & we use it when we entertain. It's such a beautiful piece, it fits in with casual dinners as well as holiday parties and fancy dinnerware! They even have labels that adhere to the outside that identify the contents inside. Purchase this and you'll never want to be without two or three of them!

Use it for everyday use when I brew my coffee; it keeps it hot for hours.

It is very stylish looking and keeps coffee hot for 8 hours and warm for 2 more after that. Easy to pour from but hard to clean. Still, it is my choice;though I would like to give as a present to my sister-in-laws and mother, it is a little too pricey.

We use it for keeping coffee warm for our bed and breakfast guests. It is sleek and looks well on the table, keeps the coffee nice and warm for a long period, is easy to handle and manipulate, guests comment favorably about it. I love looking at it, design is great.

I believe there is supposed to be a vacuum seal on the carafe lid, that you release to pour the coffee. It doesn't seem that the seal is working on our carafes (we have 5 that we use in our B&B). Is there any specific instruction to get it working? Thanks!

Hi. You might need to tighten the stopper in the lid or get a replacement. I will upload directions to the "Literature" tab by tomorrow. Thanks!

This is the one that I ordered. How do you wash the interior? The top does not want to screw off? Do I just rinse and let air dry through the dispensor opening or is the top suppose to come off? I need this for the holiday weekend.
Answer:
Hello, according to the Installation Guide under the Literature tab, it appears that though the stopper opens (for replacement), the top itself does not come off. It is recommended that this server be hand-washed, and we would recommend leaving the stopper open to allow for air flow during drying. Thank you! |
