QUESTION
Hi. I have one of your salt/ pepper grinders and the one that I have the salt in has stopped grinding the salt. I've washed and cleaned it but still it doesn't work. Does a part need to be replaced? Thank you, Susan

Olde Thompson does not have replacement parts for most mills. They can repair their wood mills and that would only be if the you wish to return it to Olde Thompson for repair or replacement. They do not repair the metal, glass, or acrylic models and they would prefer to send new mill. If you have, other than wood model, Olde Thompson does not require you to send the defective mill back. All Olde Thompson refillable grinders are covered with our lifetime warranty repair or replacement program. QUESTION
I have a pepper mill, about 8" tall that I just lost the knob off the top of the pepper mill, how do I know if this will fit my particular pepper mill, I do not have a number to recognize. Are they all standard?
