I was lucky enough to get a kitchenaid mixer at an auction for only 5$ It works wonderful. The only problem is that the only attachment it came with is the wire wisk. I want to purchase the paddle. I want to purchase a paddle. Are they all interchangeable?

Will this flat paddle KSMC50B fit a model K55SS kitchenaid mixer and is it stainless steel

ANSWER
Hello, this flat beater fits KM25 and KSMC50 models. For the K55SS, you would want K5ABB, which is a burnished (not stainless steel) flat beater. We carry this as item 315678. The burnished beater would need to be hand washed and dried immediately to prevent it from tarnishing. There is not a stainless steel flat beater available for your mixer model. Thank you!

Hello, KitchenAid no longer carries replacement parts for the 3-C model, and item 315563 will not work. They recommend that you check on web-sites such as Amazon or Ebay for these parts. Thank you!

QUESTION
I have a KSM90 model Kitchen Aid Mixer. My beater measures 6 x 5 1/4. I am having trouble finding one with those dimensions. Will this beater fit my mixer? (It would be helpful if dimensions were included for each one advertised. Ones showing my model number, if they have dimensions, are too long.)
