QUESTION
The measurements listed: Width: 24" Depth: 32" 5.75" between shelves Where are these taken from? I noticed some extra steel tubing out of the back side of the cart. I've got bread trays that are: 26.5" Long, 22 3/8" wide, 5 3/4" high. Will the trays I own fit in this cart?

Hi, the trays you own will probably not fit. The trays that fit this rack are 21.75" wide and 27.5" long. The spacing between shelves is 5.75". Thank you.

Does this rack come fully assembled, or must I assemble it once it arrives?

Hello, this rack arrives collapsed but is in fact fully assembled. When not in use it can collapse over on itself from left to right again to a 5" width for storage. Thank you!
