The Taiji industrial‐strength sake warmer is a must have for restaurants that serve sake. It heats sake to 45‐65°C by passing it through glass tubes immersed in heated water for even, fast warming. The unit does require it's own power outlet and should be cleaned regularly. With proper maintenance, this saki warmer can last over a decade.
