Description

This Waring® Commercial Food Processor is great for soups, sauces, marinades, and more. It has a 4 Quart batch bowl with a LiquiLock® seal and extra‐large feed chute. The 2 HP commercial motor is developed especially for food service batch processing, and has thermal overload protection. A serrated S‐blade, whipping disc, slicing disc, and shredding disc are included.

QUESTION
I have another question ....... We chop up & Puree whole meat items in our current processors. Would this machine be able to chop up meats & other "hard" type food items without chipping or breaking the blade?? Can this food processor take the "abuse" of a commercial kitchen??

QUESTION
I manage a nursing home kitchen where we use a food processor for at least 15 items a day 7 days a week. Our other processors have plastic bowls & lids & just cant take the usage ( they chip, they crack, they just get wron out ). What are the bowl & lid made of w/ this unit & is it designed for actual heavy duty commercial use??
