I have the #181813 style of cookie sheet. It has been great. I dont see that style listed. What do you have that is similar?

QUESTION
Is this made in the US (Indiana) and NOT China? Does it warp? What is the difference between 5303 and 5314? Thank you.

ANSWER
Both the 5303 and 5314 are made in the USA and both resist warping. 5303 is 18 gauge aluminum and closed bead. 5314 is 13 gauge aluminum and open bead. 5314 is NSF listed and 5303 is not NSF listed. Thanks!

QUESTION
What is the difference (besides the price) of this Vollrath Wearever half size shhet pan Model 5303 and Vollrath Wearever half size sheet pan Model 5314. I have two 5314 models purchased from you few years ago and they are starting to warp in a high heat oven (425 degrees) do you sell any half size aluminum sheet pand which are guaranteed NOT to warp? Thank you Suzanne Presley OOPS I made a mistake in my previous submission . NOT 4250 degree oven but I meant to write 425 degree oven

ANSWER
The Wear Ever 5303 and 5314 both have a natural finish and measure 18 x 13. Item 5314 is 13 gauge aluminum and item 5303 is 18 gauge aluminum. Both pans are resistant to warping and come with a one year warranty. However, these pans should not be put in the dishwasher because this could cause warping and would not be covered under warranty.

This sheet pan can be used in heat up to about 425 degrees F.

I needed heavy gauge baking sheets that would not twist or warp in the oven, especially under the broiler. These pans have performed flawlessly and fulfilled my expectations. They also clean up quite easily with soap and water and a plastic scrubber sponge. The really tough stuff took a few minutes of soaking to help remove. I'm perfectly happy with the quality of these pans.

Have only used it a few times but so far so good. Heavy duty. Will never get supermarket non-stick baking pans ever again! Best thing is Wasserstrom customer service. First shipment of 2 pans was packed poorly and dented. A quick email and 2 more were on their way that same day! Great company.

I received 2 sheets for Xmas about 7 years ago, and they still look as new now as they did then. I never ran them thru the dishwasher, because the soap would ruin the surface over time. I would highly recommend hand washing them. If anything sticks to it, just let it sit for 30 minutes with hot water and dish soap, and it should clean up in seconds. Don't use a steel scrubby. Probably the last cookie sheet you'll ever buy.

These pans cook evenly and consistenly and will not warp even at high heat. They are excellent for making cookies or other baked goods, as they cook so evenly. Items do not stick to them for the most part, although you can use parchment paper if you'd like. I wouldn't recommend cleaning them in the dishwasher as it may cause discoloration and I wouldn't clean with steel wool or any harsh abrasive. I use a green scrubbing sponge and bar keepers friend as needed and they look great. I love these pans! They are a much better deal than any other cookie sheets you can find anywhere else!
