This Star® Star‐Max® Charbroiler uses lava rocks to transfer heat to products. It can be used for a variety of foods, and has adjustable grates that are reversible with a thin side for searing and a thick side for delicate items. It features a cool‐to‐the‐touch stainless steel bullnose and has a stainless steel splash guard and large capacity water pan for easy cleanup.
