QUESTION Is this oven comparable to the Turbo Chef HHC conveyor oven?
ANSWER The Star Proveyor uses forced convection heat and the Turbo Chef HHC uses a recirculating impingement airflow system. The Turbo-Chef does have an idle speed to conserve energy, has built-in self diagnostics for monitoring oven components, and features left or right feed. The Proveyor features entry and exit openings that are adjustable from 1-1/2” to 4” high allowing space for a variety of menu items and removable extended load/unload area for ease of product removal.
