The rubber plug on the lid of the Spring USA® 2372-6/36 4 Qt. Sauteuse Buffet Server with Chrome broke, so now is just a hole on the lid the satem is scaping ( food not staing at the right temperature) how can i get this fix.
The rubber plug could be the EAK135. This piece fits on the front under the handle. Please contact Wasserstrom customer service at 1-866-634-8927 for assistance ensuring this is the correct part. Thanks!

We have two of these. One of servers is causing an error when placed on the induction top. We know its the server because we can trade out with the second server. Wherever the defective(?)one sits, the cooktop errors out.
Occasionally, if we move the server in question to the front corner of one of our cooktops, it will "read," then we can move it slowly back to center and it will stay on without error.
Any idea what could cause this?
