QUESTION
Is there an ice tube that is available in addition to the infuser. Also - can you put ice in the base of this to help keep beverage cold?

ANSWER
We do not carry the ice tube that goes with this dispenser. Unfortunately you can not put ice in the base of this dispenser. You can put ice in the infuser tube but as the ice melts, it will go into the dispenser. You may want to contact the manufacturer to check if they have the ice tubes available for this dispenser.
