I need something that backs up the NSF approval. I have the knife and our company does not think it is NSF approved for light duty in an restaurant.
Hi. This knife does not have NSF approval and is intended for household use. But it is UL-listed (according to a list of specs we get) AND BPA-free (http://www.proctorsilex.com/products/knives-easy-slice-electric-knife-model-74311y.php). Sorry, we do not have any official documents for the UL approval.

do you have replacement blades for this knife?
Hello, we currently do not carry replacement blades for this item. We would recommend contacting the ProctorSilex manufacturer directly for this part. Thank you!
