Description

The Meiko DV 120.2T Variotronic™ door-type machine converts from a dishwasher to a pot and pan washer with the press of a button. The powerful 2 Hp wash pump is controlled by the Meiko award-winning "Mike 2" control system that creates variable-frequency drive and wash pressures. This gives you the flexibility to clean everything from fine glassware and china to heavily soiled pots and pans. The DV 120.2 T dishwasher has an extra-tall 27" interior height to accommodate taller items, such as sheet pans. The Meiko also has the "Active Plus" soil removal system and the "Soft Start" provides protection of your fine china and glassware. It also features the "Aqua-Stop" water leakage protection system, and the "Auto Safe" temperature control system. The internal booster heater and power rinse provide constant temperature and pressure for all cycles no matter regardless of incoming water temperature or pressures. Meiko provides excellent performance and product quality.

QUESTION
Does this mean that this machine is high temp?

ANSWER
Hello, this machine gives users the flexibility to wash fine glass stemware and china, to heavily soiled pots, pans, and utensils. It has an internal booster heater to get dirty pans extra-clean. The required operating temperatures are as follows: 140 degrees F for incoming water (optimum) 150 degrees F for wash (minimum temperature) 180 degrees F for rinse (minimum temperature) Thank you!
