can these test strips be used on a quart size bottle of water and chlorine?
how much water is the basis for this chlorine test? a gallon? is that equal to 50 ppm?
Hello. Chlorine test papers are chemically treated to indicate sanitizer levels. There is no specified amount of water you need to use. Range and sensitivity is 10 - 200 ppm. To use these strips immerse one inch of test strip in solution. Remove immediately. Then blot the test strip with a paper towel. Compare the test strip to the color chart included in the kit. This will determine how many parts per million of free chlorine is in your solution. Thank you!

Hello, according to the manufacturer the shelf life on the remaining test papers should not change unless they get wet when removing a strip. Thank you!
