QUESTION
Can u pls tell me the width of the sheets when they come out of the sheeter? I did not see that measurement

Can you make pizza dough with this, too?

Hi, this roller is designed for pasta and could be used with pizza dough but may not work as well if used with a different type of dough, such as pizza dough.

QUESTION
Besides buying this roller, I'm guessing that I also have to buy the blades for it too. I'd like to see it packaged as one unit. Does it come that way at all? I want to buy this for a nephew who is graduating from cooking school. Thanks.

ANSWER
This is just the roller for the pasta. There are no blades for the roller.
