What is the approximate illumination length of time on each charge?
Approximate time to recharge fully?
Does leaving the charge function on past full charge harm or degrade ANY part of the system--------battery, charging system, candle, etc?
Thank you for your time in responding.
Hi, the approximate illumination time is 18 hours and it re-charges fully in approximately 8 hours. Keeping the charge function on should not harm the system. Thank you.

We just purchased SCRO12-A, only two of the 12 light disks (which resemble Lego bumps) of the recharging base light up red to indicate charging. Should all twelve light? After the initial 20 hrs. of charging, only four light. Is there a repair or adjustment to make?
Hi, the LED's on the charging tray indicate the charging status for each candle. Green means charged and red means charging. If the LED's are not red or green and/or the candles are not working, there may be a problem. If you purchased this item at Wasserstrom, please call us at 1-866-634-8927 so we can discuss return options. You may want to contact the manufacturer (Hollowick) directly at 800-367-3015 or at email@example.com for possible troubleshooting. Thank you.
We have candle holders that hold tea lights. Are your products sized like tealights or the larger votives? Can you please give me the exact width?
Thanks very much
Hello, the candles are 1.5" width x 2.25" height. Thank you!

Can these be hurt by being left on charger and unused for several day
Hello, according to the manufacturer, these commercial rechargeable systems are designed to charge each candle as needed and to adequately keep each candle unit fresh. There is no worry of over charging the candles. Thank you!
