This heavy-duty gas griddle from Vollrath® elevates your kitchen's capabilities and is a safe and efficient way to streamline food prep. Thicker 1-inch polished surface and U-shaped burners distribute 60,000 BTUs of heat evenly over the entire cooking surface. Thermostatic controls maintain user settings to ensure consistent surface temperature, with metal knobs that will never break or crack. With thick back and sloped sides for less mess, this heavy-duty griddle meets the demands of any kitchen.
