QUESTION
How do you replace bushing?

ANSWER
According to Edlund, changing the bushing is the same as changing a gear. Place the can opener in the base as shown. Wedge a flat head screw driver on the right side of the bushing. Turn the handle counter clockwise while holding bushing from turning. The handle and arbor will unscrew from the bushing. Pull the handle and arbor straight up. The bushing can now be removed from the open slot. Hope this is helpful. Thanks!
