Description

This gasket style cup dispenser from Vollrath® firmly holds, yet gently dispenses paper, plastic or foam cups one at a time. This dispenser can be installed in-counter or as part of a multi-dispensing cabinet. It includes four gaskets (small, medium, medium large, large) to dispense drink cups up to 44 ounces with a rim diameter up to 4.75".

QUESTION
is there a way to adjust the rubber gasket or some type of insert that will keep the cups into the dispencer? when i put a whole sleeve of cups into the dispenser they pop back out about 2/3's of the way. the rubber gasket is not keeping it's form. thanks for your help

ANSWER
You may be using the wrong gasket for the size cups you are using. There are four gaskets that come with this dispenser and they are easy to change. Choose model 8013052 (Small) that fits cup lip diameter 2-1/4" to 3-1/8" (5.7 - 7.9 cm), model 8013053 (Medium) that fits cup lip diameter 3" to 3-5/8" (7.6 - 9.2 cm), model 8013063 Medium/Large) that fits cup lip diameter 3-1/2"to 4-1/4" (8.9-10.8 cm), and model 8013054 (Large) that fits cup lip diameter 4-1/8" to 4-3/4" (10.4- 12.1 cm). This item also comes with a one year warranty if you still have an issue after trying the other gaskets. Hope this is helpful.
