Description

This SteamChef™ 3 double stacked steamer includes two 22CET3.1 steamers, a 24" high equipment stand, a 2" high mounting spacer, and common drain and water connection manifold. These steamers feature KleanShield™ technology that prevents contamination of the reservoir water and reduces foaming. The SureCook timer eliminates the guesswork by adjusting the cook time based on the volume of product being cooked.

Additional safety overflow standpipe and high temperature automatic safety shut‐off
Steam and fan shut off control when compartment door is opened
12 kW electric heating element encased in a solid aluminum block for fast, efficient heat transfer

Energy saving Standby Feature when not in use
Includes a 60‐Minute electro‐mechanical timer, LED indicator lights for SureCook cycle, Power On and Reset
