This multi‐colored combination cutting board pack allows use to avoid cross contamination by following the color coding system and the textured surfaces eliminate deep cuts and grooves and allow for easy cleaning. White is for prepared food, dry food and dairy, green is for produce, red is for meat, blue is for fish, and yellow is for poultry.
