This 8" x 26" rectangular market pan in black is made of high‐impact fiberglass and is perfect for putting salads, desserts, hors d'oeuvres and pastries on display. It is 2" deep and features low profile, aluminum‐reinforced rims, as well as molded‐in Dri‐Stak separators that ensure even air flow between pans for quick drying.

Very sturdy for a light weight tray. Thought the tray would be heavier, but that isn't always a plus. It seems to be strong enough to do the job. Nice large size and holds alot! Happy with the purchase.
