I work @ senior nutrition site. We need to purchase new trays for use in the kitchen & dining room. We don't want to buy metal trays & we're leaning toward fiberglass. We use a commercial sanitizer that can reach a temperature of 181d F while in operation. Can we expect these trays to hold-up well to this sanitizing process? Thanks for any input you can provide.
Hi, the manufacturer states that this tray is dishwasher safe so it should hold up in your commercial sanitizer. Thank you.
