Thermalloy® sauce pans have a durable stainless steel construction. These pans have an aluminum bottom for even heat distribution. The handle stays cool while cooking to help prevent burns. For best results, Thermalloy® stainless steel cookware should be pre‐seasoned prior to use. Pre-seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears. Turn off heat and allow pan to cool and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
