Description

Artic Air designed their Mega Top refrigerated prep tables with commercial kitchens in mind. This unit has sixteen 1/6 size pans for ingredients and a cutting board for slicing and dicing. There is also 12 cu ft of refrigerated storage for keeping extra ingredients on hand. It's also tested to NSF Standard 7 requirements for open food storage.

QUESTION
Is there a see-through top on any sandwich/salad bar units or can I add it to one?

ANSWER
We could not locate a sandwich prep table that has the option for a clear top. This would require a request for a custom item from the manufacturer that they may or may not be able to do.
