This safety slide cutter from Anchor Packaging cuts film safely and cleanly and the blade is completely enclosed in the blue knob. It easily snaps onto the cutter blade with the blue slider facing up. This safety slide cutter can last through 100 boxes of film and is for use on conventional cutter boxes.

QUESTION
My Mother has a Bakers and Chef plastic wrap with cutter bar - 18", 4500 sq. ft.. In a move, she has lost the little blue part that slides along the bar and cuts. Are you selling the whole slider bar or just the small cutter piece? If it is the whole bar and cutter, will it work with the one she has? If it is only the cutter, will it work with hers? Thank You.

ANSWER
Hello, this cutter is everything shown in the photo (not just the small blue tab) and can be used on conventional cutter boxes. This safety slide snaps onto the cutting blade. You hold the slide cutter with the blue side up and snap onto the cutting blade. It can be pulled off of one box and snapped onto another. QUESTION
How does this secure to the box? How do you move it to the new box?

ANSWER
This safety slide cutter simply snaps onto the cutting blade. Hold slide cutter with the blue side up and snap onto the cutting blade. It can be pulled off one box and snapped onto another. Hope this is helpful.

Do you have a blade for butcher paper?

ANSWER
Yes, we have multiple dispensers and blades for butcher paper. If you do a search for "bucher paper cutter" you will get a list of different types of cutters.
