Is this mug tempered (I'd think so due to being made by Anchor Hocking). We make Spanish coffee drinks which involve lighting alcohol on fire in the mug.

Perfect big cup of coffee or tea

I was looking for a nice sized mug to drink tea and this was the perfect size. I like that it feels sturdy and it has a nice shape my only complaint is that the mugs have a seam going down the middle in the front and back (under the handle). This line isn't something I was expecting to find since other mugs I saw in stores did not have this so it was a little disappointing, but the mug fits its purpose regardless.
