QUESTION Will this pastry cutter work for cutting sheet cakes?
ANSWER Hello, it is possible that this pastry cutter could be used for sheet cakes, but the wheels are a 2" size, so they will probably be too small to cut through most sheet cakes. Thank you!

QUESTION could we use this to cut sheet cakes
ANSWER The blades are not that big. They wouldn't be very usefull in cutting a sheet cake.
Worked great when we cut garlic bread sticks to serve to 300 people. We have used the cutter several times and it has worked great each time. Able to maintain an exact size and shape.

This product really saved me time. I made rolled cookies and you had to cut strips of dough and wraped the dough around fruit. I finished baking in half the time and got consistent sized strips of dough. I would recommend this product to anyone who bakes alot or had to cut noodles. You can adjust the size of the strips you want, roll out the dough and roll the cutter. It takes a little time to get used to handling the tool. If you have larger strips to cut it is a little awkward to handle, but for one or two inch cuts it's fine.
