This is a fine product, but nothing sensational. If you roast, use the natural bones in the roast as their own rack. That is, put the bones in the pan and let the meat of roast point upward.Storage of this item is an issue for most people. Even though the rack is well made, I re-opined that I never should have received it. I should have returned the rack because it does not collapse flatly, it consumes much space.[...] If you roast a lot, the rack is good for you. I do roast a lot, but not the cuts that this rack would justify for its hog-use of space: this rack is for big turkeys, BBQ ribs, but not for Cornish hens or breasts of veal (those or the the type of things I cook).
