This Mega gas fryer features Intellifry computer controls which is a time compensating computer with 12 product timer keys. It also features a matchless ignition, full port drain valve for easy draining of oil, and Solstice™ Burner Technology that provides dependable heat transfer without the need for complex power blowers.
