To what temp. is this pan oven safe?
Answer:
Hello, this pan does not have a specific temperature rating, but according to the manufacturer it works well in any high-temperature oven. It should be taken out of the oven as soon as the food is done, and should never be left in a hot oven without food on it. It is also not dishwasher safe. Thank you!

This may seem like a strange question, but what do I use this for? Is this a cooking pan? One side is slanted. Why? Any help you can give will be appreciated.

Hi. This Lloyd 6 x 9 x .5 Durakoat Sub Tray / Pan is an oven pan that a some sandwich places use to make their subs. I suppose the slanted side makes it easier for them to transfer the rolls out of the pan. Thanks! |
