Is this item NSF Approved? Which of your mandoline slicers are NSF approved

Where are blades stored? Is thickness adjustable?
Answer:
Hi. This OXO Mandoline has a control dial with adjustable blades built into it. Continue to press and turn the cylinder knob to adjust the desired slice thickness. Please see the manual in the "Literature tab" for more information as well as a diagram about storage. Thanks!
