This Toastmaster® Gas Griddle has a 48" width and is great for any food service operation. It has a thermostatic control and ultra smooth 3/4" thick polished steel plate griddle. It includes a front grease trough and grease drawer for easy cleanup. It stands on 4" high die cast nickel-plated legs.

QUESTION
Need more spects on this particular griddle. we need to purchase 3 units. 2 48x24 1 36x24 need thickness and if it can be converted to LP

ANSWER
This Toastmaster griddle has a 3/4” thick polished steel plate and is field convertible to LP with the required orifices included. This griddle is 20,000 BTU with a U-shaped burner every 12". The throttling thermostat that adjust from 150 to 450F. It also has a grease trough and grease chute. Thanks!
