Hi, are these plates the exact plates that are shown in the picture? The reason I am asking: Years back I had the plates pictured, loved them - they were made of an unbendable rigid hard plastic and the plates had the same rim around them. Nordic Ware now has a 10" plate that does not have the rim and the plastic is softer - almost rubbery and you can bend them. I do not like these newer replacements at all. Some sellers are using the old photos to see the new product. Please advise. Thanks!

Is this a durable, heavy duty dinner plate that resists chipping? I am looking to purchase 200 plates for our County Extension Offices throughout Georgia for Food Talk Demonstrations and need very durable plates. If this is not a durable plate, can you suggest one that would be a better choice and pricing for 200?
