Question:
What is the difference in cooking or professional performance of a gas charbroiler or the char rocks? I thought char briquett broilers were a thing of the past?
Answer:
Hi. Gas is easier to use and is suitable for foods that you don't want to add any smoky flavor to. Char rocks enhance food flavor. Optimized heat and flame distribution heat up cooking rocks and introduce smoke flavoring to food. Thanks!
