QUESTION
What are the measurements for this half size silpat? I have a 12 7/8" x 17 3/4" baking sheet--will this fit these measurements? Thank you, SJ, CA :)

ANSWER
This silpat mat will fit a sheet pan that is as small as 11-3/4" x 16-1/2". This will fit your baking sheet but there will be some exposed areas

While there is no alternative to a good quality sheet pan the non-stick performance of this mat is excellent and will help keep that great sheet pan looking great. We've just added to our stock of these because we've been so pleased with their performance.
