CresCor® Half-Size Roast-N-Hold™ Cook / Hold Convection Oven

The Cres Cor® half-size Roast-N-Hold™ insulated convection oven slowly circulates the air in the oven chamber for even cooking and helps keep meats moist and juicy. These ovens allow you to roast up to 120 lbs. of meat at once. These ovens feature presetting automatic controls, field reversible insulated doors, silicon doors gaskets, and anti-microbial latches to protect against germs. The oven is non-venting and easy to install. The stainless steel construction and coved interior corners make cleaning super easy. This oven comes with free cooking and operation manuals.
