I was looking at the Model#DFG-100-3-S.... for comparison (hope I wrote down the correct model#). is there a difference between this one and the Model#DFG-200 ? or is one just an older model # series?

Hi. The DFG-200 is bakery depth, while the DFG-100 is standard depth. can this oven work 24h?

Hi. I've read that people use this oven to cook roasted meats for over 24 hours, so it could work. They also combine this with the Cook and Hold feature (on item 838260) to have the oven on for a certain period of time and then shut off automatically. |
