This (mostly) stainless Steel pump has been completely redesigned to dispense smooth condiments (without particulates), directly from a manufacture's jar with a 38mm opening. The one-piece discharge tube with over molded knob and combination ball/pinch valve design has only a few parts and clean-in-place certification makes maintenance a breeze.

Would I be able to pump olive oil out of a 3 liter canister with this pump?

Answer:

Hello, this pump fits jars as short as 7", and will pump for a bottle, carton, jug, or jar with a 38mm opening. It would depend on the size of your olive oil canister. Thank you!
