Question:
Hi 1) How long is the probe? 2) Do you have something similar with a range of 0-500 or so. 3) Best for is a flange mount with 0-500 or so range with a remote bulb. Any chance ? Thanks

Hi. This has a 4" stem. We also carry a longer stemmed thermometer (item #106857) with a 50-550 degrees F range and 15" stem. Thanks!

Can it be mounted to an iron door of a wood burning pizza oven? Does it have a prob to read the temp inside the oven and have the dial show to the outside? i.e. it will be embedded into the door. This is a personal hand made brick pizza oven, even the door will be hand made (1/8 inch thick). If this one needs to be fixed into the wall, can you suggest one that can be mounted through the door?

Hi. Yes, this thermometer can be mounted to the door and I've seen a pizza oven that has a thermometer mounted to a metal door. If you can drill through it to fix it onto the door...great! Thanks

Hi. To monitor oven temperature, I would recommend using one with a long probe, like item #6007790 with #6007791. Thanks!
