What is the best way to shaprpen with your diamond steel. Blade cutting into the steel as if you are cutting a thin slice or away as if wiping something off the blade.

Hi. Run the knife down the steel smoothly, as if you were whittling a stick. You can also search online for instructions and how-to's, which provide diagrams and there are even videos. Thanks! |
