Arrived in excellent shape; appropriately packaged. I've had a similar screen for circa 20 years. I wanted more sizes and the original has grown a little tired from lots of use. Everything wears out, doesn't it? These are great for pizzas made from fresh dough, frozen pizzas (perish the thought), and heating other random things which otherwise might fall through the cracks. Wasserstrom was painless to deal with and clearly recognizes a product worthy of its recommendation. If I can justify buying another, I'll return to Wasserstrom.
