I bought this to clean my Viking rangetop that has a griddle in the middle. I hated the fact that my griddle always looked dirty and did a lot of research on the Internet to look for a product that could clean my griddle easily and quickly. I found this starting kit and Wasserstrom had the best price so bought it. I've only used it once and it does wonder! It is so easy to clean the griddle - following the directions of course. The only con is that when I used the pad to scrub, some of the pad pieces melted on my griddle (perhaps it was too hot, although I did use the recommended setting of 350 degrees) so it had a funky smell after it melted. Otherwise it does clean your griddle and makes it look spanking new!!

This product cleans extremely well and with very little effort -- just as advertised in the on-line video.
I bought a home 5 years ago that had a really nice, but not so clean, large built in griddle. I have tried almost every product you can imagine, including abrasives to clean this griddle.
Using the 3M kit, it took literally minutes to produce a bright, shinny griddle surface such as I have never before been able to achieve.
It was amazingly easy and produced perfect results.
I also like the idea that the cleaning solution is not toxic, yet it is very effective.
Now that it is so easy to clean, I will be using my griddle much more!
