Our use industry category is not listed. We are a bakery company doing product development work.
Use the Taylor thermometer in our Vulcan and Wolfe ovens that are used for product development for food service . We need accurate temperatures and the Taylor always lets us know when the ovens are at the exact temperature.
If you ever have to clean the thermometer be careful not to let the glass tube slide in the clamps or the temp will be off.
